Steam Cleaners - VapourTek Delivery & Returns

There is a standard delivery charge of £7.95 covering mainland UK unless free delivery is stated on the product page. There is an additional charge for ALL UK islands. The current offer for NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY is subject to orders being placed Monday to Friday before 2pm and does not apply to UK Islands or any special services such as Saturday delivery or timed deliveries.

To Clarify - orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday before 3pm subject to availability. Orders placed at the weekend will be shipped Monday for delivery on Tuesday before 3pm subject to availability. Offer is not available to Islands of the UK or Highland areas

We will ship to a different delivery address BUT we will not ship next day as we need to run security checks first to ensure that someone has not taken your credit card details and asked for their purchase to be shipped elsewhere.

Saturday Delivery - Delivers on a Saturday Normally Before 1PM

The above services carry an additional fee of £22.95 UK mainland only excluding Highlands

UK Islands Delivery - Isle of White, Isle of Man, Northern Island, Scottish Islands

The above service is charged at an additional £19.95 due to increased delivery costs from the couriers

Stock availability

On all of the system pages in the order section we try to show as accurately as possible whether a steam system is available for immediate delivery or if there is a delay in shipping. Please take note of the status when ordering.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date free of charge. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. However the customer does have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us (£17.50 per parcel sent or at your own cost). You must not send any item back to VapourTek Dry Steam Systems Ltd without prior authorisation to do so.

If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to VapourTek™ Dry Steam Systems, we will refund your credit / debit card within 10 days of receipt of the goods subject to the goods being in re-saleable condition.

This section has been introduced to incorporate the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Further information on this can be found on the Department of Trade and Industry website.

All goods will be delivered within 10 working days from date of order. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will immediately inform the customer and with their permission arrange another time for delivery. If this is not convenient to the customer then we may refund the consumer in full.
