All equipment sold by VapourTek™ Dry Steam Systems comes with a twelve month guarantee. We carry out the necessary repairs at our facility in Newton Abbot using only the spares supplied by the manufacturers to ensure that a quality repair is conducted. In the unlikely event of your equipment breaking down we endeavour to have the machine back with you no more than seven working days after the machine reaches our workshop.

As with any guarantee / warranty the machines are covered against defects caused my a manufacturing fault and NOT through use, abuse or heavy handedness. If you are unsure speak to us first. To book a machine for collection and return e-mail us now at service@vapourtek.co.uk Please note: You must ensure that all systems are well packaged and protected, we cannot accept responsibility for damaged caused whilst in transport if the machines are inadequately packaged.

Please Note

If the machine is returned to us and there is no fault or the fault is due to operator error there will be a charge to cover the cost of collection and re-delivery.

Damaged hoses can be returned to VapourTek Dry Steam Systems Ltd for a FREE Inspection if damaged and if it can be repaired we are happy to do so at no charge. The guarantee on a hose covers any internal pipes that may split, or switch systems failing. The guarantee does not cover external damage as we have no control on how the system will be used once it has left our premises.

Service Request

If you machine is out of warranty or you require a service on your steam cleaner we are happy to arrange collection of your steam cleaner to evaluate the costs involved. There is a charge of £19.95* to cover the cost of collection and return and any other charges will be discussed prior to any work being carried out.
