At VapourTek we take internet security very seriously which is why we chose Protx to carry out our on-line payments. Protx are specialists in this field and we at VapourTek do not have access to any of the payment details submitted by our customers and all relevant safety checks are in place including 3D Secure and Verified By Visa protocols.

Unfortunately the security works both ways and we have been subject to fraud ourselves with people buying equipment, having it delivered to a different address and then denying that they ordered the product. With this in mind we take further security measures to ensure that the card holder is the person ordering the product if a different delivery address is required. This may delay the delivery by 48 hours.

We are always more than happy to discuss the requirements of our customers and match the correct system to them. If our customer would rather pay for their purchase over the telephone we are happy to do so and all payment details are processed through Protx for our own peace of mind and then any information provided is shredded IMMEDIATELY that the transaction has been completed. Once again however we do insist on the product being delivered to the registered address of the payment card to protect both parties from and fraud and the products MUST be signed for. Exceptions may be made for deliveries to a neighbours house but this must be pre-arranged with VapourTek Dry Steam Systems Ltd prior to purchase.
